Not particular fair in PVE for Hunters in my opinion.
Warlocks have an OP healing rift to save their butts. Titans got a giant shield to save their butts.
Sure Void hunters can dodge into invisibility, but that is subclass locked.

hunters have more independent and game sense reliance, use dodge to avoid a shot, get behind cover and repeek with full ammo, just be nice if it did a lil extra
