I have just completed my second raid. Upon me and the fireteam going to the underbelly, I noticed I had 0 keys. I completed all of the challenges during the raid, and definitely opened the chests, as I got rewards from doing so, but 0 keys! Everyone else in my fireteam got the keys. The previous raid I did last week almost had the same issue, where I was missing the engine room key. I am not deleting them, putting them in my vault and yes, I even check the mailbox in-game just in case. This has left my raid experiences in Destiny rather salty, especially when I see the awesome loot and the large amount of tokens my fireteam are getting. I don't understand what I am doing wrong to get no keys! Bungie please help :(
