Hello,
I am blocked from getting clan invites. I am getting the message as follows:
Your user-generated content setting in your platform settings is currently blocking invites
I followed the link to the Xbox One site but could not find the setting to help resolve the problem. Can you help me with which settings that I need to change?
Any assistance is appreciated.
Thanks

I was able to log into bungie via their website and accept the request. *shrug*

Had this issue, had to create my son a bunnies account then accept the clan invite from online through bunnies vice through the game.

5 RepliesThe fix for my version of this was to go to Settings > Account > Privacy & Online Safety > Xbox Live Privacy > View details & customize > Game Content. From there I had to change "You can see and share content" from "Friends" to "Everybody". Then, as Apoc Punisher pointed out in a different thread, I had to shut down Destiny & fire it back up. In his thread, Apoc fixed his problem by toggling all of the options in Game Content to blocked and then back to Allowed/Everybody. Essentially making certainly to reset the values for the Xbox.

I am also having this issues. I have changed my entire profile to adult. I called xbox support and asked what ports needed to be opened and have listed them below. I then called Spectrum Cable and had them verify they were on. I am at a loss now to understand why I can't join a clan or participate in guided games. •Port 88 (UDP) •Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) •Port 53 (UDP and TCP) •Port 80 (TCP) •Port 500 (UDP) •Port 3544 (UDP) •Port 4500 (UDP)
