I have still not received my Pre-Order bonus except for the Coldheart I received when completing the campaign. I've completed the Campaign and Call to Arms on both of my level 20 characters and completed all of the quests on my warlock but still no rewards. Is this a known issue and will I receive them in the future? My understanding is I was supposed to receive a Kill-Tracker ghost, and a Salute Emote but I received none of these and they are not in my collections in my Vault. Thank you for your help.
