Not Receiving Trials Clan Engram From Hawthorn
This is the second week running where I have not received my Trials 7-win Clan engram from Hawthorn. I know the issue is known but has not been fixed apparently. Will I inevitably receive both that I earned or not? I also made a post last week but was not responded to. Ergo, since it happened again, here I am. I don't mean to sound upset but we worked hard for these and would like to receive the rewards I was promised. Thank you in advance.

If you switch clans in that week yoi cannot recieve the engrams for the week in the new clan.

Yesterday my clan got the engram with no issue but mine disappeared after the update.

I got 3 out of 4 engrams. Trials engram is still not being offered to me and been with the clan for 2 weeks. I was able to collect 3 of them on Thursday and when I saw our trials team get the 4th on Friday I tried to collect on Sunday but nothing was offered.

I have heard people with similar issues, and from what I've seen in clan it's generally ( though not always) 1 of two scenarios. a) they got the raid, but not the trials, or b) they got the trials but not the raid. and both of these are seen in high volume when the person logs in and has BOTH in with Hawthorne. It seems if that crucible, nightfall and the raid OR trials can stack and be stored with her, but not all four. that's just what I've noticed, it seems if my clan gets the raid first then people don't get the raid, but get trials; and if we get trials first then people get raid but not trials. Don't know if this pertains to you or not. might be worth looking into. (to clarify what i'm saying is you can have the raid or trials held, but not both because it will remove which ever is gotten first.)

Having the same problem I thought that I might not have gotten the raid one because I was accidentally removed from my clan when the clan leader was doing a culling but maybe that might not be the case anymore since I have not been able to get a trials one either

same here it seems the rest of the clan got their trials engram but not me and i am the founder of the clan. i got an engram when trials first dropped but nothing since and trials has been done every week since, i would hazard a guess that when bungie have been doing there maintenance they have screwed something up. good old bungie and as usual from them silence about it, they say they are investigating raid keys going missing from inventory but not a thing about missing trials engrams, i am starting to think they don't really care about the little people, i am so annoyed with bungie right now its no longer funny

A few of the members of my clan have not been able to receive any of the clan engrams from Hawthorn except for the clan contribution. As most of us are new the gear boost from these would be helpful in continuing in the content. As most have asked is it a lost cause to try and get a fix prior to the reset? Can we expect to get double rewards next week if we don't get them this week because of the system glitch?

Hey Bungie, I too have been unfortunate to not be able to claim my clan engram for trial of the nine clear, yet almost the entirety of the clan I admin is been able to claim. I hope there is someone I can assist in order to gain this before I end up missing out upon reset..:)

Same here I got flawless on trials on my warlock and titan so far this weekend, my clanmate got the trials engram but I didn't! I'm so annoyed!

In a fireteam with clan mates and they are picking up their weekly rewards and I am sitting here bone dry!! Bungie, please fix this! This was the whole point of clans...

5 RepliesI got both my raid and trials this morning... both decoded to 10 power. Supposed to be 289 and 290. I can't rank up with anything other than powerful engrams this is only more dirt in the wound.
