The picture they are showing has a caption that says "Pulse Rifle".
..and one content creator claims to have gotten a early drop of the weapon from one of Cayde's treasure map chests, and confirms that its a slow-firing, high impact pulse rifle.

No FWC is that pulse, DO is clearly a reskinned call to serve.

Graphically? Yes. Doesn't mean it's a scout rifle. And as I said, one person who claims to have it already says it's a pulse rifle.
