Are you with at least one other Guardian? Do they also have the questline? May also need to be in EDZ.

hi thx for ur help. i was with two other members, even was a leader, but no, no one else had the challenge by the time. Actually I did not know the other fireteam member also needs to have the challenge, so that might be it.

I believe they also need to have the quest and be on the same step, and I'm also pretty sure you must be in the EDZ.

actually, ive abandoned the quest before posting this question since i thought its a bug. Now I cant restart the challenge..
