So I finished the raid for first time yesterday with a group of random people 4 of us had never ran it before.
We got through it pretty fast considering and split up quickly after heading back to tower to turn in tokens to sweeperbot. I tried to find a group to do a chest run of the raid but gave up after about 1/2 an hour. Woke up today and saw a friend replied to my message, saying I could get into the underbelly solo for a chest run. Got inside and found my first chest to discover I no longer had it's key or any of them.
So do raid chest keys disappear after leaving the raid, a few hours, after the daily reset or what?
We have identified an issue where Raid keys are being removed from inventory. If a player creates a new Character after an alternate Character has earned a Raid key on a given week, the key will be erroneously removed from Character Inventory. It is expected that all keys are removed from inventory at each weekly reset, but the removal of keys prior to reset is unintended. As we have identified the issue, we are seeking to address this when possible. I don't know if this affects you... Or if it's stiill a thing. I remember in D1 (especially in year 2) that if you didn't properly go back to orbit from a zone (like you just quit the game or whatever) then the special items you acquired would be lost. So if you got an Exotic engram and just turned off your console. When you'd turn it back on you'd no longer have that engram. I don't know if they ever fixed that bug in D1 or if it went on to D2. But does that sound like something you did?
