I have two characters on destiny 2, one was transferred from destiny 1, and the other I made after the game launched. When I scroll to the character tab it says I don't have any characters and that I should add an account that has a character. I'm on Xbox one.

1 ReplyIf you are having the issue of Destiny 2 characters not appearing in the companion app and DIM telling you you are on a legacy platform, here's what worked for me. I'm on PSN, but I would think it works on XBOX too. Login to Destiny 1 on your advanced platform - for me it was PS4. I had to re-download it... It will give you a decision screen where it will ask if you want to transfer your account. Once you agree to that, it will tell you the character progression will no longer flow from PS3 to PS4 (which is fine for me). After that, I signed out of the app and back in. My characters were there. I tried DIM and everything was there also. Hope you have similar luck!

4 RepliesIts not available yet, chances are that it might not become available at all. You can see and transfer gear on your character and vault with the app. There is a good chance that will be the extent of it.
