I believe we will be getting LL above 300 when the first DLC drops.
Something like they did with destiny vanilla to TDB and RoW (Lvl 30 - 32 - 34).

5 are from mods... you can infuse without them only up to 300. the last 5 are mods.

Hard mode raid will definitely higher this as well

It says under infusion a gear can be infused up to 350
