Can't Decrypt?
I have/had some bright engrams that won't decrypt at EV or Rahool. Is this an error or something?

1 ReplyNvm...the ones you can't decrypt are probably Legendary or Rare engrams in your inventory. Try decrypting those first at the appropriate vendor, then go back to Tess Everis to see if those "unencryptable" engrams are still visible...they shouldn't be.

Same. Tess Everis (Eververse) doesn't seem able to decrypt them either. Maybe there's a level requirement or maybe once they inventory is full something unlocks... Guess we'll have to wait and see until someone else writes a solution.
