I am having a problem collecting the clan reward engrams from Hawthorne? So far I haven't been able to collect a single engram (crucible, nightfall, raid, trials) since joining the clan 2 weeks ago even though the app shows they are completed and available to collect. Everyone else in my clan has received theirs though. I have done some research and it seems a few others are having this problem as well.
