Because this is the kind of thing I think about when mowing the lawn, I've considered this before. The Fallen could have tried to broker a peace with us and share in the blessing of the Traveler, but no, they attacked us without mercy, after we had already experienced the Collapse. Have mercy and give them a planet of their own, sure, but let them tread on our city streets, where the children only know a fear of them? Baby steps on that one. I personally respect the Fallen. They are very much like our own scattered people, only it seems like they were broken more severely. The Traveler left them behind, whereas it stood and fought with humanity in our darkest hour. Maybe they were unworthy of the Light. Post-Golden Age humans are pretty enlightened folks--we found peace and understanding. We also get that the Traveler wasn't meant for staying out, hence the name we gave it. Seems like the Fallen have traditionally sought ownership and control of it...maybe this is one reason the Traveler left them. Either way, as I'm not a lore master by any means, I can only speculate. Perhaps the awakened Traveler will give the Fallen a second chance. I just think it's too early to start letting them eat in our spicy ramen shops, but I have hope for the future.
