Cayde-6 treasure no rewards?
While doing cayde-6 treasure hunts my game suddenly came up saying connecting to destiny 2 servers but I had just opened the chest and when nothing popped up saying I got any gear and the I was kicked from the game I logged back on to find I hadn't gotten any loot and my quest was gone I feel I was just cheated on a possible exotic and I don't even know now is there any way I can get my missing loot?

1 ReplyIt's a timer lockout issue I believe. If you open too many chests too quickly there is a lockout period. I've seen a couple related posts.

4 RepliesIt's "Cayde's treasure." He played you. It's you. You're the treasure. You are literally his treasure chest. You paid him for that map. So he could bury the treasure you just gave him... some where else.

3 RepliesOk the server thing was a coincidence most likely, I've been booted multiple times when getting loot but It was in my inv when I got back on, did you open any chests before hand? Due to a timer that occurs you can only open a certain amount of chests (about 2) then wait about 30 min to a hour before the timer ends for you to get more, otherwise it drops nothing

2 RepliesI opened the second chest on Titan today and got nothing. Not even glimmer. No problems with connecting to the servers. I continued on my way feeling ripped off. Oh well. I'm aware there's some kind of chest looting lock, but I had just arrived on Titan with the intent of treasure hunting. I'm pretty sure the only other chest I had opened in that session was the first one from Cayde's maps. Is there a certain amount if time that needs to pass between opening his chests? Both were really easy to find.
