I pre-ordered Destiny 2 in July from Amazon and they sent me an access code to enter on the redeem codes section for early beta access. I completed the Destiny 2 Campaign and I have received Coldheart from the Gunsmith. However, I did not receive the Kill-Tracker Ghost from Lord Shaxx at the Tower or Salute Emote from the Emote Collection. Additionally, I have not dismantled these items and the only things I have dismantled were a few common or rare weapons and gear. As a result, I read some forum posts where others experienced this and they recommended contacting the retailer for more information. Recently, I contacted Amazon and Microsoft explaining the situation and included I have not received any additional pre-order promotional codes to enter on the Xbox Store or Bungie's website. The customer service representative gave me a code for redeeming but received an error message, "This token is attached to an expired offer that is no longer available (2021)." I believe they were providing me the early beta access code that I had already redeemed for my selected platform. Furthermore, I received a response from the Amazon Promotions and Marketing team, which said, "I'd love to help you with this issue, for that I've contacted our internal expert team and found that for this promotion we could only provide the Early Access Beta codes which you've already received. And for the Kill-Tracker Ghost or Salute Emote codes, we're not authorized to provide them to you.” The CSR also suggested, “In my experience, the quickest way to have this issue resolved is to contact the manufacturer directly for the Kill-Tracker Ghost or Salute Emote codes. The manufacturer may require a proof of purchase, such as an invoice." On the other hand, I have purchased a few Kellogg’s Pop-Tarts where you can level up with an XP boost. In addition, I emailed receipts and within a few days, they sent me promo codes that functioned on my Bungie account. Overall, I wanted to report this has worked and it is displayed under my code history showing Mote of Light XP Boost. Thank you for your time.
