Where to find like-minded players?
Where does one go to find like-minded players to team up with for strikes, quests etc.?
I am a casual player who shies away from PVP, since I get my a$$ kicked each and every time. I am also 67 years old, and I tend to cuss a lot whenever I fall off into the bottomless pits, or get blown away by the multitude of enemies that spawn. Oh, I have even been known to kill myself many times (misadventures). I try to start quests by myself but eventually get so pi$$ed off dying, that I give up and do patrols. That's when it gets boring.
I have been playing Destiny since the D1 beta.

Your best bet would be to go to #Recruitment and look for #Clans. From there you could either make a post of what kind of clan you're looking for or browse the sub forum for available clans.
