Suraya Hawthorne is dirty
while i was exploring the tower I investigated a few things and one of them told me that she told some people to steal things from the vendors. Has anybody esle seen this?

Hawthorne mentions sneaking in and out of the City and knowing the ways around. She also knows how to get supplies. It's possible that in the past she was a street urchin or a child of the City of some kind who snuck in and out. She may even have stolen a few things, and now people do what she did. But just because they say it's her lead doesn't mean that they're being completely honest. = P She might just have delivered supplies, and now they're doing the same, but with nefarious methods.

Not stealing. Storing for emergency. Like Guardians should of done. Buried supplies outside of the City for emergency evac.

It says someone was "following her lead". That doesn't necessarily mean she did that or even endorsed it.

2 RepliesShocker... There's a number of parts throughout the story hinting about her stealing and generally getting into trouble. There's even an Adventure where she says she stole supplies meant for Tower to share with those at the farm.
