Yall need to relax. Bugs happen in video games, it's possible that they cannot track who has and who hasn't lost keys and there isn't any way for them to refund them, only way forward is to fix the issue so it doesn't happen again. It's an item in a video game, you can get it again next week. As someone who lost a key as well it's disappointing but flaming the staff of the game your enjoying enough to panic over lost digital items doesn't seem right. Report the issue, hope they do their best to handle it, and move on with your life.

Edited by SteeleHeller: 9/18/2017 11:33:04 PMYou can't assume that someone has the same amount of free time or put in the same amount of effort to get these keys man. It may not be a big deal to you but you have to remember that some people might have possibly spent 10+ hours with multiple raid teams to get just a couple keys. Put yourself in their position. Yes, bugs happen. But it's how a developer responds to the situation and how they rectify it that defines them. Not even an apology from Bungie in this post. Just a "We'll get to it when we get to it." basically. Can you really defend that man? Honestly?
