Hey Bungie!
Allow me to walk you through my D2 experience thus far:
1) Log in to game
2) Walk through a wall
3) Cabbage error
I get this error within 30 seconds of the main story but there is also no dialog from NPC's. I have never made it past this point unless I hotspot from my cellphone. I have tried all the Firewall port forwarding workarounds and nothing has got me past the 30 second mark. The only thing I haven't tried is enabling the UPnP because my modem doesn't support it. I am in a rental with internet access provided so changing my modem is not an option nor should it be.
I am beginning to lose faith in being able to play this game due to the rental situation I am in, which to me seems outrageous. I am confused by the steps you have taken to ensure the experience of Destiny 2 can be enjoyed by everyone. Clearly proper testing was not completed and sadly this is not the first Bungie game with issues at launch. We are now 11 days into my $130 pre-order and I am hoping there is a refund option available through the Xbox store soon. I am also a shareholder in Activision/Blizzard. This experience causing me to rethink that decision...
ISP: Sasktel, Fiber Optic
Modem: Pace 5268ac

Great. Now I'm getting this error code.

6 RepliesUpdate! Just phoned sasktel and had them disable UPnP. Interactable NPC's are now loading properly. They might get you try port forwarding. It doesn't work. From what i can tell UPnP with a Pace router is sketchy. Next option would be going to Actiontec router. Good luck!

Having similar issues that result in a CABBAGE kick. I have lost so much faith in Bungie and Activision that I started this petition: https://www.ipetitions.com/petition/bungie-must-take-action-against-cabbage-now Please sign and share. Hopefully they will wake up and work on a propper fix soon.

So is the only solution to call Sasktel to get them to disable UPnP. I'm on my landlord's Wi-Fi and have absolutely no control over Sasktel business. It would be nicer if Bungie fixed the problem from their end versus trying to get everyone to jump through hoops for it to work on our end. I can play any other online game, including the original Destiny, why should this be any different...

1 ReplySame here same issue, I know this comment isn't helpful but the shear numbers of people this is affecting you'd think they'd do something about it. Well they probably are but man it is taking a long time.

2 RepliesLiterally having the exact same problem. Same ISP and same issue. walk through a wall, no dialogue, and boots me out after 30 seconds. Same modem- pace 5268ac.

3 RepliesI had to call Sasktel to have this issue fixed as its the settings on their routers that need to be adjusted. We don't have access to the advanced settings in the GUI.

Phoned Sasktel last night and they suggested that i port forward. Did it already but figured id try again. Gonna phone them today and tell them and Bungie to -blam!- off if no one can fix this issue. Mind you, i can see why Bungie don't care. They already got their money. Lame. So since UPnP is requried with more than one PS4, does that mean i can get sasktel to disable that shit?
