Credit Reset Disputes - 5/24/2011
Good afternoon,
We have executed a round of Credit Resets for accounts which have habitually exhibited idling or "AFK" behavior while playing in Firefight Matchmaking. If you believe your ban was a false positive, you can post a request for investigation.
[b]Only request an investigation if you are absolutely sure that your ban was a false positive, if we take the time to investigate your account and find that you do have idling or "AFK" behavior, we will place an extended Credit Ban on your account.[/b]
Do not use this thread for any other discussion. If you are not requesting an investigation of your Credit Reset from 5/24/2011, do not post in this thread.

Hey im not making an appeal for my self but my friend doesnt have computer access at the moment her gamer tag is Spartan 762 i looked at her recent and theres only one game she afked and that was the last one she played but the guy she was with was credit boosting afking (he was reset as well) can you please look at an investigation for her? she was reset she was a legend. thank you -Cobra Her Gamer Tag- Spartan 762
