Credit Reset Disputes - 5/24/2011
Good afternoon,
We have executed a round of Credit Resets for accounts which have habitually exhibited idling or "AFK" behavior while playing in Firefight Matchmaking. If you believe your ban was a false positive, you can post a request for investigation.
[b]Only request an investigation if you are absolutely sure that your ban was a false positive, if we take the time to investigate your account and find that you do have idling or "AFK" behavior, we will place an extended Credit Ban on your account.[/b]
Do not use this thread for any other discussion. If you are not requesting an investigation of your Credit Reset from 5/24/2011, do not post in this thread.

you think this game had few players before, get ready for it to really drop off. You allow this in a game, give no warning then ban people. I'm through with you Bungie. All you can flame me and rejoice but watch what happens. I'll never invest the money I had. I have several accounts that even my kids play on with their own xbox that I have purchased multiple games or maps. Never again. There is a reason why this game has never reached the level of your past titles. Hope you feel great about alienating your customers. This is poor business at its finest. Good bye.
