Its has been 4 days since I was able to log into this game and I dont know what to do

Since Wednesday I have not been able to log into this game once. I keep getting the same message at sign up. I have tried troubleshooting everything your network article has told me. I changed my ports and even called my ISP and had a guy come and check my lines. Every other online game I play from FFXIV to Rainbow Six works perfectly at a ping of 58. I have done all I can do Bungie and still nothing has changed. I have made numerous twitter post all very polite and no reply or help. My friend spent 100 dollars on me for my birthday to play this game with him and I am unable to for 4 days. Please Bungie I need some short of advice or reassurance that I will be able to play the game soon. Please help.
