Hawthorne issue with clan engram
My clan completed the trials last night. On the clan engram check list it shows the check for trials. But she had no engram for me... how do I fix? What is the issue?

Very disappointed. I'm afraid the only way this issue will be resolved is if it makes a story on Amp, Eurogamer, Polygon, or Kotaku. And maybe a few streamers adding into the fray. After it blows up as a story with related memes and tweets, then [i]maybe[/i] it will be addressed. Otherwise, it will be brushed aside and pushed out another fiscal quarter like vault space was in D1. I picked up a Clan engrams from Nightfall but not from Trials. Wtf. This is a pretty major issue and needs to be addressed publicly to the community now.

Again now this is the 3rd engram I haven't been able to collect from our clan completing the nightfall, crucible, and trials and yet this is the only way to contact someone who never responds. This game need a a real service dept this is so ridiculous free to play games are better than this garbage and yes I was in all 3 events plus I'm an admin in our clan, I'm tired of this crap I've already told a few people to not waste their time with this game. No responses to serious problems with this game but they'll act quick if someone exploits it though don't they

Same issue, went flawless yesterday and my teammate that is in my clan got a reward from Hawthorne but I didn't. Trials is marked off in the book, just didn't get my level 10 Trials reward.

You must join a clan prior to the weekly reset to be eligible for the rewards. It may also be caused by an issue where some clan members are getting rewards. The same happened to me. For Trials, the Crucible and the Raid engrams.

I'm having issues with clan engrams as well. Haven't been able to claim any for two weeks now.

1 ReplyFor the raid and trials engrams when I actually got them but they were only level 10.... But then again I guess you would rather have the item and it be level 10, compared to not haveing it at all...

I also have this problem, except it's with the raid engrams. A raid team in my clan completed the raid and though several others have been able to pick up their stuff from Hawthorn, I have nothing there.

I havent gotten them either. This seems to be common. Bungie will fix it - hope I get them after the fix.
