here is an old theory that I've had for a while, partially from a certain youtube channel, and also from some ideas that I've come up with myself what if WE are the darkness take into account the names of each class, hunter, titan, and warlock hunter is a type of person who kills animals whether it be for survival or just game titan is the name of the beings who were parents to the greek gods, but also in some versions of the story, wreaked havoc on the innocent people of the greek cities and warlock is basically wizards that use dark magic, and at times even forbidden magic and lets also take into account what the exo stranger told us when we first challenged the vex "the vex are darkness that hates other darkness" and also one of the grimiore cards from the first game got me thinking, what if the traveller isn't actually a being of light, but a large planet size ship filled with vex, similar to the borg ship from the star trek franchise, we have established that the vex are a hive mind, what led me to this conclusion among other things, was a grimiore card "legend: the black garden" that says a guardian once was wandering around the black garden, and he found a flower that was shaped like a ghost "At the end of the path grew a flower in the shape of a Ghost. I reached out to pluck it and it cut me with a thorn. I bled and the blood was Light. " now why would a plant from the vex world look like a ghost, unless the source of our power be of a similar form and it continues to say the flower speaks to him with some very interesting words "The Ghost said to me: You are a dead thing made by a dead power in the shape of the dead.
