Simple enough - I preordered Destiny 2 from Gamestop and got a redeemable code. When I entered it, it said it was successful.
Now, when I log in, there is no kill count ghost shell at Shaxx and the code doesn't show up in my redeemed codes. When I try to enter it again, it says it has expired.
is there anyone at Bungie that can fix this problem?
