So is this going to be fixed for us users effected. Or is it tough luck this week. I lost my aqueduct key. I mean what's the point of us doing the raid if we are not going to get loot?

I created a new and third character today (Warlock). Tonight, I got back on my aforementioned second character to guide a raid for new raiders and realized my keys are now gone. Will we receive the keys again (after verification of having experienced this anomaly), or are we out of luck? Given the prolific nature of this problem I was wondering how you're planning to make it up to the community. My username in the forums is my Gamertag on XB1 if this is required: house0fpwncakes.
