[BUNGIE] Raid keys erroneously removed from Character Inventory [UPDATE: 10/19/17]
[b][u]UPDATE 10/19[/u]:[/b] As of Destiny 2 [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/Update/46410]Hotfix 1.0.5[/url], raid keys should no longer be erroneously removed when players create a new character, or when players log in to alternate characters for the first time after the weekly reset.
Additionally, raid keys are no longer removed at the weekly reset, in general.

Through our investigations with internal teams, we have identified two instances where Leviathan raid keys are erroneously removed from character inventory.

If a player earns Raid keys and creates a new character, raid keys are removed from inventory.[/b][/quote]
To prevent this issue, we advise players sign in with all characters or inspect all characters on the Destiny Companion App prior to completing checkpoints within the Leviathan raid after the weekly reset.
Please note: Leviathan raid progress, including key rewards, are reset each week. We are looking to address issues where keys are removed erroneously with a future update. Stay tuned to @BungieHelp for future announcements. [/spoiler]

5 RepliesIt's really sad to see people still commenting on this post to complain about missing keys. In the time you're complaining you could be doing the raid on another character to get keys again. the raid doesn't take long, it's a really easy raid. the keys aren't that amazing, you'll prob get 1-2 exotics on average from 3 keys stop whining noobs, you guys complain about literally anything you can.

Another thing is please do something about crucible. It’s ok that I die to someone’s super but fix your damn spawns. I shouldn’t die to a persons super and then spawn directly behind them and die to that same person again. That shouldn’t be a thing. I also that you not make us grind for your shitty engrams but that’s not gonna happen. Personally I enjoyed doing the raid and getting something versus doing the raid getting tokens and not getting anything useful at all. And another bug that I’m unsure is a bug or not is the legend of acrius doesn’t allow for infusion which is confusing to me. I’m assuming it’s a bug please fix your game. @Bungie

1 ReplyIt also happen this week to me too. I just finish the raid for the first time and my group wanted open the chests after Calus. But all my keys disappeard after the raid. Do you already have a solution for it? Do we received the keys back this week or do we get any refund?

2 RepliesFinished the raid two days ago, the fire team went to orbit and back in to grab the first chest, once we got there I realized all my keys disappeared and I had to miss out on loot. Rather disappointed and would appreciate a fix.

@bungi I completed the raid and when completing each section it said I got the keys. After beating Calus I went back in to open the chests and could not open them because the keys were not in my inventory? Please fix ASAP and give me my keys back!

After my fireteam and I completed the raid, the leader took us back to the front so that we could use the raid keys immediately. After teleportation, half of our fireteam lost our keys. There was not character switching or anything involving my other characters. That was last week. This week, we did the raid, logged off and the next day I logged on and my keys were gone. Again no switching characters or even logging onto them. Unless you're saying that I need to log into all my characters after the reset, but before completing the raid?

Lost my keys again, issue still not fixed! Patience starting to go here. You know despite this raid being a relatively easy romp (esp. when compared to some D1 raids) it can take hours for a group to finish the raid. So having to get a little rest or break only to find the keys you worked hours and hours for is just crazy. Also I want all my loot and glimmer for the damned empty Cayde's stash chests! Thanks!

Did none of the things noted above and still lost my keys, this game is going to end up like D1 for me. Losing hours of progress from a bug that becomes more prevalent with every update. It's hard to want to grind for anything when you're afraid you're just going to lose it.

Those aren't the only two things that cause the keys to vanish. For two weeks in a row now a member of our raid team has had a their keys vanish. This week (after a guy losing his last week) we all took careful note that we were getting them and they were actually in our inventory. As we went to get the chests, one guy noticed his were gone. Now, both times we have waited until after beating Calus and looting his throne room to go back to orbit then return and collect the chests in the underbelly. We don't know the exact moment the keys vanished, not sure if that's related. But it's not a thing where we log out and then later on someone notices their keys are gone.

I lost my raid keys that I acquired yesterday (first raid ever took 4 or 5 hours), so I know the week hasn't end it yet. Also I check the inventory of all my characters and still nothing. Never logged into my other characters until I read this post. Did the game update and now it's gone not sure if it was because of the update but it could be. Hopefully all that lost their raid keys will comeback soon. Looking forward to the help @BungieHelp. Thank you. P.s. I also have the screen shot if that helps.

bungie your retarded muppets....... i lost 3 keys with out signing in another character and had had both guys signed in and completed all tasks on both since the reset....... so how do you explain that bollocks you have put above........your games is shite and i want a refund you cunts

Yeah I just lost 3 raid keys and didn't discover it until I failed to open a chest, I didn't know about this glitch until it's too late. This is bullshit and I refuse to attempt the raid again. Are you guys gonna give people back their keys they lost? You should after we all worked our asses off getting them.

I finished the Raid for the first time yesterday and I had the armory, conduit, and irrigation keys and they disappeared from my inventory. This needs to be fixed right away. I spent way too much time in the raid for it to be taken away from me.

Me and my friends completed the raid after the reset on reset day, I logged back in yesterday and all my keys were gone, this is annoying to say the least because it was the first time I had completed the raid ad was looking forward to looting the chests in the underbelly. Would be great if you could replace them 👍

Completed the raid on Tuesday after reset and the keys I earned are now gone. Disappeared from my inventory. Is there any way to get them back? We spend time out of our lives to play this game and it is extremely disappointing. I did not sign into another character (I am currently only using one) and did not create a new character. Please help.

Hi there. I just finish this week the 3 parts of raid and got the keys of it. But now I realize they are missing from my inventory and I can not open the chests. It is not the first time this kind of things happens in destiny. I want you to fix this I spen a lot of hours in raid with my clan to archieve that and now I see the keys are missing. I'll probably quit this game if this kind of things continues to happen. NOTICE THAT: This week I just log with my warlock. I haven't logged with another char yet. I did'nt create another char

This is the second week in a row this has happened. I have lost 6 raid keys after finishing raid and returning to tower they just disappeared. Not in the postmaster, signed out and back in, changed characters. Completely gone. -blam!- you bungie. Its bullshit and you’re pathetic.
