[BUNGIE] Raid keys erroneously removed from Character Inventory [UPDATE: 10/19/17]
[b][u]UPDATE 10/19[/u]:[/b] As of Destiny 2 [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/Update/46410]Hotfix 1.0.5[/url], raid keys should no longer be erroneously removed when players create a new character, or when players log in to alternate characters for the first time after the weekly reset.
Additionally, raid keys are no longer removed at the weekly reset, in general.

Through our investigations with internal teams, we have identified two instances where Leviathan raid keys are erroneously removed from character inventory.

To prevent this issue, we advise players sign in with all characters or inspect all characters on the Destiny Companion App prior to completing checkpoints within the Leviathan raid after the weekly reset.
Please note: Leviathan raid progress, including key rewards, are reset each week. We are looking to address issues where keys are removed erroneously with a future update. Stay tuned to @BungieHelp for future announcements. [/spoiler]

On Xbox one: DeadWitchFalls I lost an armory key because I made a Titan and didn't use it on my warlock before I did that!?!?! Are you joking. I put 8 hours into that raid. Not to mention the two keys I lost the week before! Bungie give us our keys back!

Are you serious? so i play an alt while i cant get to the quests and i lose all 3 keys.... and i swear it took away my powerful emblem for killing calus .. Sort it out and get it reimbursed... Want us to play your buggie game and be happy enough to get more money out of us for DLC soon... yeah ok .. Hows about crack on with keeping the player base happy. sort your mess and get out some nice exotics or what ever we lost is returned.. and stop f***** us over .

This would have been nice to know about before. Was it supposed to just be common knowledge? Seems like based on this help topic there’s a lot of people who didn’t know. I’d kinda like those 3 keys that you made go poof back. Also you should make things more common knowledge instead of trying to be secretive about everything.

Lost my raid keys when I made a new character this weekend before even knowing this was a problem. Is there anyway I can get my keys reimbursed? Was supposed to do a chest run with my clan tonight but now I can't...

Dear Bungie please fix this, my first character to go through Leviathan has no keys, while my entire team has three from a full start to finish.

1 ReplyMY raid key disappeared and I did not switch characters. The only thing I did was go to the vault on my phone, and moved weapons to my current character. I DID NOT SWITCH CHARACTERS.

I did not ever sign in with my alternate character (which was transferred from Destiny 1) yet. However, I did lose all 3 keys from Friday to Sunday. It's a waste of 7 hours of my weekend...

Two people in a raid today lost their keys and none of the above issues applied to either of us. There are more problems with this than the issues listed above. Is there an actual way to get support for this issue or do I just get to complain to a support fourm that is never monitored? I guess if I say something racist you might read this. All Cabal look the same to me.

I am still waiting on reimbursement from my keys missing from completing the final raid. I’m honestly extreme pissed off. I have only logged in one time for 3 mins in the past two weeks only to check if they gave me my keys back. Still nothing. I’m not sure how they can do nothing about this. I completely stopped playing this game after I got screwed. At this point I want my money back since you can’t give me my 10ish hours back of life it took to figure out and complete the raid.

I also lost all three keys immediately after the raid. I am the only person in my Fireteam that this happened to. Also we completed the raid on a Thursday so the weekly reset didn't play a part at all. We completed the raid, went to orbit and immediately re-entered the raid to get our chests. Went to unlock the first one and my keys weren't there.

I just never got any keys.

I created a hunter this week after already earning 3 raid keys this week after the reset and hadn't redeemed them yet. We beat Calus tonight for the first time and went to redeem the chests with the raid keys and I realized all my raid keys were gone and I am unable to redeem any of the gear from the chests. Is there any way that I can get those raid keys back in my inventory or something similar?

5 RepliesIt's really sad to see people still commenting on this post to complain about missing keys. In the time you're complaining you could be doing the raid on another character to get keys again. the raid doesn't take long, it's a really easy raid. the keys aren't that amazing, you'll prob get 1-2 exotics on average from 3 keys stop whining noobs, you guys complain about literally anything you can.
