No, i total agree.
As a 3 year D1 vet I recommend everyone skip buying Merciless, and pick up Wings of Sacred Dawn instead.

I would, if 3 of the 6 Exotic Engrams I've gotten to far hadn't already been the Wings. I guess I'll buy the Fusion. It's not like it's the best boss-killer in the game or anything...
