I got the pre-order pack with the coldheart etc. But never recieved it
I completed the story I'm level 20 but I didn't get my exclusives this isn't the first time I'm posting what's wrong with customer support fix this

Please fix this I payed extra for the cold heart and preordered it and I want it badly I'm gamesharing with my friend then I ungameshared him and he ungameshared me and it wouldn't let me get cold heart and it wouldn't let me login to destiny because it said I didn't own it when I bought destiny 2 then I gameshared him back and he gameshared me back so I could still play destiny 2 [b][/b]

I pre-ordered Destiny 2 and have not received my cold heart pre-ordered with GameStop check the codes with them they are good still have not received anything cold heart I'm level 20 on 2 characters still no cold heart

3 RepliesHi there, Did you purchase a physical copy of the game? If so, you may want to ensure that all codes that came with the disc have been redeemed to your account. Please note: While some console systems may allow game sharing between accounts on the same console, Bungie does not provide support for any issues with Destiny content shared to accounts that do not own the content.

I recommend going into your profile here on the site and checking the Codes section. It was bugging out but I managed to get my double XP reward just today

I have not received my coldheart or any of the other items from the pre - order as well. It has been over a week since the game came out. I beat the campaign and I am level 20. Bungie please give me my coldheart weapon.

Same Here, I only got the ghost, already completed the campaign with the 3 chars and no exotic fusion rifle

same here, entere code, got kill tracker ghost, but no coldheart. it's a bad code from bungie as even when i go to the game downloads, it says i only have the kill tracker, bungie needs to fix this

I pre-ordered the physical cop, received my kill tracker ghost and didn't receive the cold heart. I pre-ordered from GameStop where they said it come with it and my buddies got it too but I didn't

Make sure you are playing on the account you purchased the destiny 2 preorder on. i.e: Buying on one account on your console, and playing on another.

You get it from the Gunsmith in the final social space after completing the story and hitting level 20.

Same here, in Australia the legendary pre order was $150, with was meant to come with cold heart AND a sword. All i've gotten so far is the emote.... what gives?

This is the same for me I did not receive the pre order bonuses or the digital deluxe edition bounds I. Pre ordered the digital deluxe edition months in advance! Please fix this.

Did you go to the gunsmith after completing the story? I didn't even pre order but had the code with my copy. I got it with no issues.
