Xûr is on Nessus. (Inventory in thread)
Open your director and select Nessus. His icon shows up in the Watcher's Grave zone. He sells gear at level 270 for a fairly low amount of shards.
His inventory includes:
Merciless (Fusion Rifle)
[i]29 Legendary Shards[/i]
Non-lethal hits reduce charge time.
[u]/Editor's Note: Buy this. Just. Do. It.[/u]/
Raiden Flux
[i]23 Legendary Shards[/i]
Quick attacks with arc staff increase its damage and duration.
Doom Fang Pauldron
[i]23 Legendary Shards[/i]
Shield Bash melee kills recharge shield throw. Melee ability kills grant super energy.
Wings of Sacred Dawn
[i]23 Legendary Shards[/i]
Grants "Angel of Light" from D1 while the Dawnblade subclass is equipped.

Not salt! Xur is selling stuff that you get as part of the story so his inventory is litetally worthless. Only merciless is a must have. He may as well have turned up with a single item. On top of this he had nothing else of value. No synths. No special tokens. No nothing. He's a guy in a tree trolling players.

1 ReplyRip me. Was really hoping he'd have the Orpheus boots for hunter, I've been trying to get those and have gotten just about every exotic you can get from an engram except the ones I want but, at least I'll be able to try out the Merciless.

They cried all D1 for not getting what they want, Bungie made D2 soo easy and exotics drop like crazy and the players still whine. It's sad. The game is fun but the community kind of ruins it.
