Cabbage fix for Technicolor/Thomson TG784n V3

Hi everyone, I had the same problem everyone has with Technicolor/Thomson TG784n V3 routers playing Destiny 2, in which everytime you changed area you couldn't see any enemies or players and would get error code cabbage and disconnected from the server. I was also stuck in the mission to get the second subclass, everytime I did it after the little movie/scene I'd get code cabbage and had to repeat it. Today I was finally able to correctly configure the router with the help of a technician and I'm going to share the information with you all. I am not sure what exactly solved it but it works now so I'm listing all the steps I went through. I am playing on PS4, on a wired lan connection, I live in Portugal and my ISP is MEO. I did following: IMPORTANT: First of all, this router has 4 ethernet ports. In my case, ports 1, 2 and 3 have connection speed up to 100 mbps and the 4th port has a 1000 mbps connection so make sure to connect your PS4 directly to the 4th port if you can use a wired lan connection. 1. Open your router configuration (cmd --> ipconfig --> get your default gateway, in my case 192.168.1.254 --> type the gateway IP in your browser url) 2. Toolbox (Ferramentas) --> Content Sharing (Partilha de conteúdos) --> Configure (top right of screen) --> disable FTP server (uncheck) --> apply 3. Toolbox --> Gamer Mode (Modo Gamer) --> Activate (THIS ONE IS VERY IMPORTANT) 4. Find out LAN mac of your PS4 at PS settings -> network -> connection status 5. Back to router setting 6. Home Network (here you can check net speed for each router port)--> select your PS4 (select the LAN mac address of your PS4) 7. Configure (top right of screen) --> Always use the same IP address (check) (change name to PS4 if you like) --> apply 8. Port forwarding 9. Home Network --> select your PS4 (select the LAN mac address of your PS4) 10. Assign a game or application to a local network device (bottom of the screen) 11. Create new game or application (bottom of the screen) 12 Enter Name (e.g. destiny2) and select Manual entry of port maps --> Next 13. Now add following ports 14. Protocol: UDP | Port Range: 3078 to 3079 | Translate to: (let it empty) | Trigger protocol: UDP | Trigger Port: 3078 15. Protocol: TCP| Port Range: 3478 to 3480| Translate to: (let it empty) | Trigger protocol: TCP | Trigger Port: 3478 16. Protocol: TCP| Port Range: 1935 to 1935 | Translate to: (let it empty) | Trigger protocol: TCP | Trigger Port: 1935 17. Protocol: UDP | Port Range: 3074 to 3074 | Translate to: (let it empty) | Trigger protocol: UDP | Trigger Port: 3074 18. Apply 19. Toolbox --> Game and Application Sharing --> Configure (top right of screen) --> Use UPnP (check) and don't use Extended Security (uncheck) --> apply 20. In the same window, go to assigned games & applications, select the game you just created from the drop down menu (choose the name in this case destiny) and select PS4 as device, no log (uncheck) --> Apply. 21. Make sure there are no other applications assigned to PS4 or other devices, if there are any, such as FTP server, you should cancel them. Restart your router and reconnect your PS4 to the internet, it should be working fine now. If anything goes wrong try disabling your router firewall. Hope this works for you guys, any doubts just ask here and I'll try to reply as fast as I can.
