Working with our platform partners, we believe that we have identified and resolved an issue preventing the Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle from appearing at the Gunsmith of some qualifying players. If you are the primary license holder on your console, please check in-game for your Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle.

I pre-ordered through GameStop, and am also missing the Cold Heart?! I have checked gunsmith again, and also double checked my vault collection tab to make sure I didn't just miss it. What can I do to resolve this? My PSN is DaIrishKarmaBomb

I pre-ordered Destiny 2 and I am missing the Cold Hearted as well. I have tried the fix recommended by PS support and still nothing. Need someone to look into this.

Hello, I preordered Destiny 2 at GameStop and have also entered the codes through Microsoft store, completed campaign , and am currently level 20. I do not have the cold heart either. Gamer Tag is ALPHA 9 ONE

The primary account holder being the only one that can get the content is crap. Memberships for gold on both of our home XB1's are parent memberships so we can better control purchases. Out of all the games we own with preorder content BUNGIE is the only one that puts these stupid restrictions in place. Even though Microsoft says all accounts are licensed for the content, shared games included.
