Is it me or is there a distinct lack of recovery on Hunter gear. With how it was stated we can do different builds for our characters, does still seem like you are roped into two different types. For Hunters, mobility, and resilience. Personally, I'd like to go more a mobility and recovery route but that doesn't look possible without using recovery mods or look for gear that takes away mobility and places it into recovery.
So has anyone figured out a good stat build for Hunters? Or would you focus differently depending on what subclass you have? As stated, I'd like to go recover/resilience but doesn't seem very feasible without making resilience bad just to get the recovery.

im sitting at 9 3 4. n some armors have better recovery stats but a max is probably not likely

Apparently, recovery is reserved for Warlocks, along with 40-yard melees, damaging opponents when they punch you, and grenades that track all they way across the map.

Hopefully this is updated a bit when the 3 factions return next week.

1 ReplyBungie made this a very intentional design in D2, each class get bonus stats in the stats in one category and are limited in the other. Here is how it goes: Titan- advantage Resilience limited in mobility Hunter- advantage in Mobility limited in Recovery Warlock - advantage in Recovery limited in Resilience The point of this was to make the classes more unique with their strengths and weakness.

With all the gear I've gotten. I can only get a max of 2 recovery on my hunter. It is abysmal and makes gunfights with fireteam a impossible. Around 6-8 seconds to heal up when out of fire.

4 RepliesI have some mods I threw on to up the recovery, but I prefer mobility with my Hunter over everything else anyway. Hunters have always been glass cannons - high dmg output while being squishy.

If you have high recovery why do need a high resilience vise versa . Are you trying to make a tank build or make up for your lack of skill as a player?

lol and here all I want is mobility on my hunter

3 RepliesYea I have the same problem. Literally everything I have is in mobility and resilience.

Go for as much armor as you can get. Then use the recovery mods to add 3 or 4 recovery and still have some mobility leftover
