FFS why is this a mystery? I can't find it anywhere online and I have no idea if anyone responded to my previous post Monday asking the same question thanks to the notifications on this site not working properly. I want to gauge how much Xur will be selling stuff for and knowing the LS cap would give me a ballpark. If the cap is say 500 shards, then it's safe to assume he will sell things around the 100 shard range. If the cap is 1,000 shards, it's safe to assume he'll sell things in the HUNDREDS of shards range, etc. I've got close to 250 shards now. Does anyone know the shard cap? I missed out on Xur the first 2 or 3 weeks of D1 in Y1 because I didn't know he existed and probably didn't have the coins yet anyway even though I was a day 1 player. So I missed out on Gally and never got one to drop rest of Y1. I refuse to be left behind again this time and want to make SURE I have enough shards to buy whatever I want/need. A little frustrated not knowing the cap right now. EDIT: Remember that the Legendary Marks were capped at 200 or 250 (I already forget lol) and a weapon engram from Rahool or another vendor would cost like 135 or something. So I feel like it's the same ratio here just with higher numbers. That's the way I'm anticipating it anyway. EDIT 2: I've seen a couple people respond thinking I made this post as some type of way to brag about how many shards I have or something? This is not the case. I know this place is toxic AF but seriously, I just have a fear of a Y1 Gally slipping through my fingers again scenario, that's all. I hardly have that many shards compared to some of my own clan mates, much less the numbers being posted here. Frankly I'm worried prices will be high and I'll barely have enough shards to get something at this point with how many some people have. There's no hidden agenda in this post. EDIT 3: Well, Xur is here today, everything is 23 shards or something like that so I guess there was nothing to worry about in that regard.
