September 1st, 2020. Still the same glitch in Outbreak Perfected quest, died on jump quest with alternating ledges and a V shaped hole as the exit.

Jun 7th still happening. Was doing the "Up and up" something quest from osiris died falling from a cliff and it just got stuck

December 6th 2017, this bug still exists. Just had it happen to me doing a solo adventure in the infinite forest. Ironic I get the infinite "finding spawn location" bug in the infinite forest.

Still happening, bungie needs to fix their shit. Did a prestige nightfall two times and this happened with both attempts. What a waste of time...

Same thing happened here.. boss at super low health.. 6 min left, got video if bungie needs more info to look at

This is still occurring. My guided team and I lost the Inverted Spire Nightfall with 2-3 minutes remaining when the boss was at <10% hp because none of us could find a spawn location.

Started happening to my fireteam today. Prestige nightfall 3 min left and we couldn't spawn. Next match, 2 min left and the same thing happened. My team quit after that. Anyone else currently experiencing this?

Same, had a bout 6 minutes left on the last boss and just had to quit.

+1 to this stupid effing glitch. I'm trying to have fun playing your game, but when you dump on us with needlessly difficult modifiers, and then pile on further with glitches that you for some reason didn't fix, it really leaves me wondering why I'm playing at all.
