Powerful gear engrams bugged
I'm 284 getting 275 gear from powerful engrams I've gotten 283unmod and 288modded.
But now its all 275 what the hell? Wasted 4 powerful engrams all getting 275 gear and they are weekly it's not like I can go farm and do it again.

Yup having the same problem. My last 3 exotics engrams were 5 levels below my power level. Encountered a bunch of problems shortly after making a second character. On the second Character at the end of the campaign the exotic engram was fine. Started acting up after that. not all Milestones work , luminous engrams aren't actually higher then my power level.
