I had a blast as a solo player yesterday. 3 Crucible games, 2.0+ ka/d all 3 times (5.6 on my first game), and one of them was against a team of 3. I think people are still trying to play this like Destiny 1, and you can't. Gone are the days of instant sticky kills and mindless shoulder charge blitzing. No more endless shotgun rushes and constant camping in the back with Icebreaker or No Land. Everything that can kill you in one shot you have to fight for. Some people hate that they can't slide/shotgun for easy kills to their heart's content, but I hated that playstyle. I can beat someone out in a primary fight, not in a sniper duel. Sticking with your teammates isn't hard, and it's not as necessary as the forums make it out to be.
