I have been having the same problem. I thought it was my tv or ISP but all my other games work fine. I've only experience this with D1 when I plugged any headset to the controller but it's been really bad the past two days. Almost unplayable at times

Yeah, it's been giving me issues with a headset plugged in as well, but haven't tried without yet since I'm always playing with my friend. It really does make the game practically unplayable most times, it's beyond frustrating. I'm hoping it's fixable with a patch, I can't not play without a headset when playing with others. :/

Sorry to hear you are having these problems as well but relieved it's not just me. I experienced a bit occasionally in D1 but nothing like this. It's even more infuriating in the crucible so I'm not touching the raid till it's fixed or I find out what's wrong. Really hoping is not my equipment :(

Same here, I'm hoping it gets fixed in a patch or something. I might see about getting in touch with Bungie support personally. It's just a real pain to not be able to play the game like we want to. Here's hoping for the both of us though.
