I have been having issues with checking my destiny 2 characters. The companion app and the website app both say I do not have any characters. The message I receive recommends making some destiny 2 characters, or linking my Destiny 2 account with my Bungie.net account... which they already are.... Please help. I've played around, searched, talked, and haven't been able to fix the issue, and because of this also cannot use The Vault app.

1 ReplyDid you all delete a D2 character and remake?
-
Same this is crap other people can use it that I see

5 RepliesI found my problem was the companion app was linked to my blizzard account. If you open up the menu, the three dashes in the upper left-hand corner, press "Blizzard" and the select instead your platform.

1 ReplyI just found myself having the same problem, and messed around in the app and fixed it. I don't know if you already tried this, but all I had to do was go into to the Destiny companion app, sign out, then log back in, and boom! It fixed! Now I can see all my characters and my gear, and move everything around again. It's a simple fix, so you may have already tried it, but if you haven't, then it may fix your problem. Hope I helped.

1 ReplyI have just received an update for my android companion but apparently it didn't fix the problem that i have. The thing is that the characters are not showing also on the web application even though I have 3 characters in Destiny 2 that were migrated from PS3 legacy Destiny 1 and one of them is now at level 10, but it doesn't show anywhere...

Agreed, Xbox Live account link does not link D2 characters. Is there a workaround? I am currently just waiting for fix...
