Even though destiny pvp is pretty casual but there still need to be some fairness. One obvious advantage for fireteam is leavers. With no leave penalty, the opposite team will have leavers while fireteam is always at full strength. Please pit fireteam against fireteam as first priority unless there are absolutely no other teams.
