This is a small tip that can easily go unnoticed in regards to power level. Exotic pieces have a mod on them that increases it's power by 5. So say you have an exotic piece that is 360 and a piece that is 365 to infuse into it. You will now have a piece that is 360. However if you infuse a 365 exotic into a 350 legendary it will only net you with a 360, as the mod doesn't transfer with the piece. Hope this helps some folks out. Also keep an eye out on you legendary gear. They have a chance of dropping with these mods on them as well
