Hit lvl 20, and I've only had three Exotic engrams drop. EVERY single one of them I decrypted in the Tower, ending being a "Coldheart Trace Rifle"!! I already got the damn Coldheart from the pre-order bonus!! I know there's been other issues surrounding this weapon, but wondering if anyone else is having the same issue? I am extremely annoyed as anyone else would be, given all the grinding were doing.
