Same here...thought I was going crazy and fire team was teasing me that I crushed it by accident. :-./
Hope it gets patched soon.

Yeah I got also teased the same way. Thought I've just crushed it, but there are things I would never do in Destiny. So I was verry confused too. Everybody in my Clan is just working on getting it, but not me, because I have no chance to do it. I hope Bungie can manage to solve this issue.
