Why 72 hours to make a change to Clan?
This just seems silly, not to mention when I made a change YOUR website timed out and did not save. Now I have to wait another 72 hours?.... in the year 2017 YOUR Servers can not handle some one changing text?
I don't get it....
So now I have place holder text that does not represent who we are as a clan at all. By the time I'm able to actually put us out there most people who are Serious about the game and want to be apart of a Clan will be already.
Any way to resolve this or am I stuck waiting 5000 Minutes again just for your website to time out and make me wait another 5000 minutes....

I've been waiting 3 days to fix my clan's "About Us" text and just now it said there was an invalid character and to try again, so no changes were made but I now need to wait another 3 days to attempt it again. This sucks.

Can't even update my clan's culture text. Going on 2 weeks now. My clan has been around since March 26th 2015. Everything transferred over except the clan motto. I am trying to add it back as well as update the about us and I keep getting an error that reads "The provided clan name or clan tag is not acceptable, please choose another." Everything transfered over from my clan except the motto. When I try to add it back or edit the About us section, I get a warning stating I can only make one change per second and then the unacceptable clan name/tag pops up. Now instead of a warning of 1 sec it is a 72 hour warning and then boom. "Unacceptable clan name/tag." I have tried EVERYTHING, including adjusting word count. I can not make any revisions to the culture text section. Can not add a motto, revise About Us. Nothing. About Us section is shorter than what it is currently I can not save that change because it kicks back to not having a motto. Not understanding why this is happening.

this happened to me too. its such a dumb idea, my clan and i decided we wanted a name change, and a few days later we finally decided on a new name, but as a joke we changed our name to something else, and when we finally went to change it, it said the name we wanted was taken, and when we tried another, it said we had to wait 5000 minutes AGAIN and it didnt even change anything
