The majority of my clan are unable to read or reply in the Default Clan Chat saying they don't have privileges to do so. It seems that the admins are not affected. I have checked all the settings and there is nothing there to alter a feature like that. I have set up an alternate clan chat channel to see if people can interact and it appears to be ok. The admin chat is working normally too. This issue has only happened since the Destiny app was updated to D2. I'm not sure if any other clans are having this same problem.
