Matchmaking changes to address long wait times
We’ve been investigating longer than usual Matchmaking times on Xbox, that can sometimes result in MONGOOSE errors. To address this, we will be making some slight changes to Matchmaking settings. We’re changing the way Matchmaking evaluates new players in the system with no previous Matchmaking history. That evaluation period will be shorter for faster and simpler matchmaking. Beyond the new user experience, Matchmaking settings will be unchanged. Thanks for playing and we will update this thread with any additional changes we make.

Mfer, y'all better fix the game I payed 100 bucks for and make it to where I can play the other HALF of it.(pvp) because that shit is LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE! "Slight change" to a completely broken PvP search might not fix much... I haven't played a single game of d2 PvP yet... And my account was offline for the beta. Fix the shit properly. Not slightly. I don't know what changes you made exactly, but since your post, crucible has been laggy - players taking damage very late or not at all and teleporting. Great job, Bungo.

At this point if you removed it no one would care, and it would be a better game for it. Anyone who is serious about pvp, well sorry but they left a long time ago, after countless silly decisions that made it near unplayable, the rest of us are just sitting here hoping you don't make it part of quest lines, for fear of boredom from being forced to play something you do not want to. Honestly, time for it to go, no one will shed a year, no one will be devastated at not having to play some of the worst pvp on the planet. Aside from that think of all the money bungie could save on wages for now unnecessary crucible devs, I'm sure you pay lars a lot of money for his time, and the idiot who can't balance, forget his name but just think he can go and no one will have to pay for his poor work anymore. Instead we could employ some more developers to create the parts of the game that we all love and were sold it on, makes a lot of sense to me, just saying. Just because this companies name is bungie, and it singlehandedly revolutionised online multiplayer with halo, does not mean this game has to include it, that's all it feels like to me, it feels like you guys are forced to have pvp because of your history and I just don't think that's a good enough reason to make this game less fun to play.
