We are aware of reports that some PlayStation 4 players encountering crashes when attempting to play Destiny 2. This results in [url=https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-help/help-library/error-codes/ce-34878-0/]PlayStation Error CE-34787-0[/url]. We are currently investigating with platform partners to identify the cause for this issue.
[b]NOTE: [/b]Some players have reported that turning off HDCP settings on their PS4/PS4Pro Console has reduced the frequency in which this issue occurs.

Wow, looking around at all the forums on Bungie.net there is no denying what a colossal -blam!- up this launch has been. One error code after another, preorder bonuses missing, not to mention the worst of all, which is an entire segment of the player base not be able to play at all (CE-34878-0). This probably the worst launch I have been a part of in my 30 years of gaming.

My Pro was within its return window, so I exchanged it. I'm downloading Destiny at this moment and having my data transferred as well. The DL is 32 GB, of which I'm halfway through. The transfer is 29 GB, and I'm half of that as well. I'll post if it works or crashes.

Ok bungie just confirm it's a hardware issue for us so we can begin the process of having Sony fix this for us.

I may have fixed the crashing for myself, I had a new destiny PS4 pro. Crashing vey often no matter what setting I was in, even 720p. I took it back to GameStop and swapped it out for another one. No crashes in 3 hours.

Twice today when logging out of Destiny 2, the game has crashed and generated an error report, which I submitted. I'm on PS4 (standard model), playing the digital version.

Bungie fix it.. why its taking so long? You cant fix it? Than you must give or money back! Or tell us what the problem is, so we can get a new console from sony warranty!
