Level 20 achievement hasn't unlocked
I have recently hit level 20 in Destiny 2 and the achievement hasn't unlocked.

I'm having the same problem. Two characters level 20 and no achievement. Its even been a few days since I first hit lvl 20. I've tried a hard reset, switching my profile, and even deleting my xbox account off my xbox and redownloading it. I've done all of them multiple times.
