Banshee-44 wont give me Coldheart Exotic trace rifle
Hi, I have preorder Destiny 2 ps4 pro bundle from Besbuy, and I got the preorder code too and redeem it. However, after I hit lvl 20 and finish main game, Banshee-44 didn't give me Coldheart Exotic trace rifle, but I did receive other pre-order bonus. And I did check my collection and inventory, it's not in there too. Please help me, thank you!

So if you use a Coldheart code that was in the other pre order games it works just some food for thought.

5 RepliesI am having this same issue, tried restarting, logging out and back in, etc. but no dice. Banshee-44 never came up with Cold Heart screen, but I have the Kill Tracker Ghost and other preorder items.

Damn same issue here. Beat the game reached level 20 and Banshee DOES NOT have cold heart weapon for me... redeemed my code that came in the PS4 white Pro bundle.. Has any contacted Sony or Vunhie about this yet?

Same problem on Xbox the only gear I got was the kill tracker ghost. Where is my damn cold heart.

1 ReplyThe same thing happened to me. I got my tracker ghost but not my cold heart. And I swear to god if they paste that same comment they put on everyone's thing to reset cache and make sure the license in good imma flip my noodles because I've tried it and it didn't work

2 RepliesYeah, for me it says Banshee has something to give me but whenever i go talk to him it just shows his default inventory and no Coldheart :(

We all bought the PS4 pro bundle. There must be something wrong with the codes in those boxes. I've even gone as far to deleting the game and now I'm reinstalling it all over again?!?! What is this bungie!?!

Same. Bought D2 pro bundle. Got sword, emote, and emblem. No Coldheart 😡😡😡 Did anybody find a fix?

I am in the same boat. Got all my other preorder items and Digital Content Pack stuff. The emote, Sword, and emblem. My account is flagged for both expansions as well. But Banshee has nothing for me except for the option to take the Gunsmith Parts for reputation gain. Also checked my Collections tab in my vault and the only exotic weapon showing there is the Graviton Lance I chose as a reward.

I haven't gotten it either, I got the digital edition on Xbox, preordered it months in advance and I still haven't gotten it.

9 RepliesSame boat here got my PS4 pro bundle at Ebgames Canada. I got everything but the gun. My ghost was a code on the receipt but the coldheart should be part of the main code in the game case. The coldheart also does not show in my purchase history on my PlayStation account. Can either of you confirm if you see it along with the other dlc? Thanks best of luck to us all

1 ReplyEdited by KingOfGames: 9/8/2017 4:34:41 AMFrom what I know, only the Kill Tracker is a code you get from a receipt. Most of these comments are saying they bought the Ps4 Pro Bundle. I'm assuming this bundle is not the expansion pass bundle. In the Xbox One Limited Edition I got, the digital content, cold heart, and expansion pass were on the same slip and code inside the game case. My kill tracker code was on my receipt. People are saying they got all the other digital content, so I really might be wrong. Hopefully you find a fix soon.

I got coldheart before level20 which power is 150.And I can't use it in zhe game.But after level20 I can't get my Pre-order awards clodheart which power is 215.

Same exact issue - bought a PS4 Pro Destiny Bundle, all the other content was delivered, but the exotic item is still missing. And of course, Bungie doesn't have a traditional support route, so here I am commenting on a forum post that they'll never reply to lol.
